Topic: Agreement with school to site a station?

I couldn't find the best forum to post this in, so here goes... the school I work for on the side (not a teacher, I work in athletics) has expressed interest in letting me relocate my weather station to the stadium. This would be great since it's only a few blocks away and my wind accuracy is limited due to so many trees around my lot.

I know that a lot of people, especially TV stations at least in the past, have sited weather stations at school facilities. Does anyone have a copy or example of an agreement or memorandum of understanding around this? Something that spells out access policies, who owns the equipment and data, etc.

You should contact member chief david as he is a teacher at a school and installed a weather station at his school. I'm sure he's had to "jump through the hoops" already.
