I'm always a bit suspicious of long URLs with odd (non-intuitive) hostnames and queries of urlencoded hex data.

I'd suggest starting at the RMS home site news at https://www.rmets.org/news and go from there.

I did check the URL in the first post (carefully) and didn't see any unwanted JavaScripts being included, but a straightforward URL to their actual website would be much better.
