Topic: GRLevel2 Background

I loaded GRLevel2 on another laptop and everything including the place files are working great. Except for the background. I loaded a BMNP-CONUS bitmap file into the same directory as I have GRLevel2 loaded into. I went to GIS/Settings/Backgrounds and put the location of the file into Background Bitmap location slot along with the Long/Lat settings. No matter what I try it will not display. The file is the samefrom another computer that is working. I am sure it is something minor that I am missing...any ideas??
