Granted it was a simple question, but many hosts don't even reply the first time for hours or days.

I have been using ICDSoft for several years and the support they provide is second to none.

When I set up a website they were incredibly patient and helpful. I'm sure the questions I had were Newbie Eye-Rollers but they stuck with me no matter what.

And yes. Very, very swift response every time.

I found the Control Panel set up well so even a web dummy like me is able to find and understand the features.
