Linux Desklet -- replacement?
« on: April 29, 2019, 12:57:48 PM »
I've been using the Cinnamon Spices "Desklet" (http://www.oak-wood.co.uk/oss/other/bbcwx) on my Linux Mint desktop for some time with a Wunderground API key (pic below)

The key no longer works since Wunderground's API update, and nor does the new one. For now I've switched to using the Dark Sky API which works well enough (though it no longer uses data from my own station), it just requires registering for a new key and then using decimal lat/long coordinates instead of a location.

Wondering if anyone else uses this or has switched to either a different app or data source?
