GDPR support added to wxforum.net

I've added a SMF package mod to wxforum.net that provides basic support for the GDPR European regulations on personally identifiable information and your rights to control it's usage.

Our Privacy Policy explains in more detail about what we collect (server logs) and establishes that we do not share your information with third-parties.

Your Profile now has the ability to export your postings, and the ability to delete your account (should you so choose).  Be aware that account deletion requires administrator intervention to be completed.

Our server is based in the United States, and the GDPR is a EU regulation, but since we have many members from EU countries, I thought it was time to enable our forum to better support data privacy.
