Sure looks like the winds were stronger than a typical T-storm to rip a roof off.

NWS Jacksonville confirmed it was an EF1 with 110mph winds. It's path was just over 26 miles. 
As a side note there was a special weather statement put out by the office but never a T warning. Strange because I went back today using velocity from the time the storm hit and there was some rotation but it wasn't a strong signal. This area is appx 100 miles from 3 radar sites so velocity data isn't the greatest at that distance. Should also note that the Jacksonville radar was down at the time of the storm so the forcasters were using either Tampa or Melbourne. But in the end nobody was hurt and that's what's important.
