Wunderground has dropped your station off the map! I like the set-up!
Now that's a pole! Let's hope on calm, sunny days the roof won't radiate into the ISS.

I assume that you will remove those muffler clamps when you have to do maintenance on the ISS? Out here we call them Muffler clamps. U-Bolts I suppose there is a technical term for them. I guess you would loosen the clamps, let the unit slide down to the ground and then cleaning out the rain gauge of stuff, the ISS Battery and any other goodies that happen in live. Definitely I would use a drain screen in that cone and bird spikes around and in the cone Could explain better your question? Muffler Clamps?
Ah, they are called U Bolts and yes they would have to be loosened in order to perform maintenance. There is a drain screen in there.
