Members have also determined that access to the forum should be granted to select operators world wide, depending on
which method we adopt...

Note that any 'outside region 3' members wil NOT have access to "the clubhouse'... (to be implemented) (thanks Dale R for the concept)...
In the original Poll, some voted for a single option, apparently because they did not realize they had multiple options to select, We cannot help that.
Regardless, the opinions of the majority of those voting (about 25% of activated Members) indicate the above conclusions, which
we must qualify,.. select your option.
