IPTimelapse software can FTP upload your webcam image with NOAA, WU or Openweathermap data on the image while making timelapse and streaming video. It makes timelapse with options such as sunrise to sunset. Has built-in html webpage template upload with image and timelapse display. It can stream your IP camera video to YouTube or Facebook with the option to add audio from your camera or use audio from your computer line in or stereo mix so you can include NOAA weather audio if you wish. Note if using the video streaming option you will need to make sure the stream options match the camera video stream options in terms of frame rate, bit rate and pixel dimensions.

VERY HIGHLY recommended. I use it to mange all 4 of my webcams. Couldn't do all I do with them without this software.
