You can sorta run without a PC - Weewx on a Raspberry Pi or Meteobrdidge/Weatherbridge.  The new WIfiLogger from Poland might also do what you want.  Assuming you mean YOUR own hand-rolled website not Weatherlink.com or other sites that take your data like Wunderground.
Need low cost IP monitoring?  http://wirelesstag.net/wta.aspx?link=NisJxz6FhUa4V67/cwCRWA or PM me for 50% off Wirelesstags!!

There are some options to do this as Bushman mentioned.

Yes using WeatherlinkIP or, as Bushman said, the new WiFiLogger alternative.  This logger uploads to WU, PWS, CWOP, Weatherlink.com, AWEKAS.  Or you can also use it with 3rd party software like Cumulus and then to your own website but this would need a computer running.

I use GoDaddy and reasonably happy with them.

Enjoy,
