Edit Topic "Subject" title
« on: March 09, 2020, 08:29:52 AM »
More than once, I realized that I made a mistake with the topic title. I can edit it for the next posting, but it is not "sticky" and will revert to the original again.

Is there any way to change this? Am I missing some way to edit the Subject permanently?

Every reply in a thread follows the original post title. If you rename a title of a post in the middle of a thread it does nothing for any reply posts as they keep following the OP title. You can rename the OP and then every reply then after takes the title from the new OP title.

Thanks. It looks like that worked
 In hindsight, it makes sense.
