Yet another new idiosyncrasy with WU history graphs?
« on: December 21, 2015, 04:38:30 PM »
Is anyone else seeing this?  My regular history graphs are there, but a straight line joins the beginning and end of each graph.  I'm off of wundermap right now too.  Here is a screen shot

Yes the same line(s) show up on my station's graphs http://www.wunderground.com/weatherstation/WXDailyHistory.asp?ID=IONTARIO226

Appears/maybe intentional to indicate the variance between high and low point :?: :!:

I hardly ever look at WU so not sure for how long this has shown.

Lots of stations are not working right... Especially the Wunder map.

I'm not seeing it on my stations. The straight line means data was missing in-between.

We're not talking about the straight line that appears between data points when data is missing.  When I looked at my graphs this afternoon I had a line showing the changes in temperature from midnight to the afternoon, and a second straight line plotted from the first point to the last point on the graph (see attachment).  It seems to have sorted itself out and is not doing it now.

I'm not having a problem here.

It kind of looks like it's joining the most current reading plot to the first reading plot.  That's a common feature in some plotting packages.

This morning mine was the same as Steve's, but now also sorted out...

I'm guessing somebody tried a slight code alteration, then said "oops!".

It happens to the best of us.
