Topic: I decided to write a small Windows app to let me know if the station was sending

I recently found out that my station wasn't sending out data but didn't realize until several hours. Once it was due to my PC and a VPN connection, another time it was due to my receiver wonking out and had to be reset.   I decided that I would write a small Windows app to monitor the Weather Underground site and check if my station was currently sending them data.  It checks every 10 minutes and shows an "up" green arrow if okay and a "down" flashing red arrow if not.   I use the Weather Underground API to get the last observed time and compare to current time.   Overkill I guess but I was bored.
