Strange error message in my weather broker

My Vantage Pro 2 talks to a WeatherLink Live. I use Cumulus MX to push the data to multiple weather consumers. Note I have the weatherlink.com Pro plan to access historical data.

This error message started showing up about degraded performance in APIs and data feeds. Any clues where this problem lies?
