Best apps that pull from Weather Underground

I’m trying to find an iPhone app that pulls from My Weather Station data at Weather Underground. There are a lot of them out there, but none of them seem to offer a monthly total Precip and temp summary?  It’s all daily and weekly. Why is the monthly data so elusive?

I want monthly data because that’s the easiest thing to compare to the “official” weather stations.
