Topic: NOAA surface observations slow/no loading

I have noticed that NOAA surface observation maps are slow to, or do not load and time out when loading over the past few weeks. Has anyone else had this issue? After the first time it loads, subsequent loading times are faster. I believe this is because it is reading from the browser cache.
