Model WMR 100N

Data not showing up on my display (computer). I'm using Virtual Weather Station software.

I've reset, restarted, installed and uninstalled.

There is communication between the base and the computer I believe because the sensors are showing as active.

Unable to broadcast to Wundeground as well.

Help!!! I don't have much hair left  ](*,)
