Bad data in wxraindetail.php
« on: October 03, 2019, 10:42:28 AM »
For people who use the Murry Connaroe scripts (i.e. wxraindetail.php, wxtempdetail.php, etc.), how do you eliminate a bad data point in the wxraindetail.php file?  My dailynoaareport92019.htm file shows zero rainfall, but for some reason, one September 28, the wxraindetail.php script has 4.00.  I have tried deleting and recreating the dailynoaareport92019.htm file and the 4.00 inches stays there, can't get rid of it.  I'm not using Weather Display currently since my computer is unhooked, I just enter the dailynoaareport.htm data by hand daily for now.

Any help appreciated,
Chris

So the dailynoaareport92019.htm does show the same rain as the wxraindetail :http://www.moreheadcityweather.com/dailynoaareport92019.htm. So you downloaded the dailynoaareport92019.htm, opened with an editor, made the necessary changes, uploaded and overwritten the existing file on your server? After that it changes back to the original values? Never seen that but with the current month which is being uploaded every day.

Are you using a wxreportsmmyyyy.csv file for overrides?
