Exactly the same problems.
http://www.weatherlink.com/  is reachable but takes long wait.
One can login but than session times out with a link to their off-line page http://www.weatherlink.com/offline.php
Normal acces to my own page there results in blank page after long wait.
Seems they have real problems.

I can't even get past the login screen. And if I try to use one of the  simple Android apps that accesses my data, half the time it crashes. The data seems to have stopped updating just before 9AM EDT. I sent them an email and their boilerplate response says they have "experienced and increase" in emails and will reply within 5-7 days. Lovely.

I use the icon link often http://www.weatherlink.com/user/wxtech/index.php?view=main&headers=0 and today was the first time since March 2011 that I've seen it down.
It's working fine now.

Well, whatever the problem was ,it did not affect the transfer of real time data between my station and the WeatherLink.exe Windows PC program fetching the data over our LAN. That stayed live through the event. Good to know, because I had feared any loss of service on Davis' end might shut everything down on my end, so far as the WeatherLinkIP dongle was concerned.

Does anyone have a mobile application (Android OS) which can show the same live data feed as the WeatherLink.exe program does from Windows? So far everything I have found and tried from Google's app store deals with showing archived data, and doesn't produce anything close to real time data.
