Battery powered camera recording to SD card
« on: January 27, 2024, 01:35:04 PM »
Hi all,

I'm looking to monitor an area with a camera that either has motion detection or time-lapse. Something battery powered, that records to an SD card, I don't need wireless access or recording to the cloud. Weather-proof could be a plus, but is not required.

I just need something that will record activity and save it to a memory card. I can swap cards every few days to check the recordings. Maybe something like a trail cam? Something small would be nice.

A Google search returns so many results it's overwhelming and many have confusing, poorly translated to English, descriptions and reviews that are all over the place.

So... I'm hoping someone here has experience with, or suggestions for, something for me to try.

THANKS GUYS!

Maybe a trail camera?
