I've attached one picture of a cloud shadow I saw shortly after sunset tonight. Others I called who were perhaps 10 miles north or south of my position were unable to see it. If I can transfer another picture I'll show a slightly different effect, but basically the same.
While I've seen mountain shadows in the Western US, there is nothing to my west that could cast a shadow except a high cloud, perhaps a thunderstorm.
I just thought it was neat, and something I've never seen quite so dramatically displayed before.

Nice pic.
They aren't frequent but I do see those a lot down here.
Maybe it has something to do with location being as you're in Wisconsin and I'm Florida.
