Own icons issue

Blizzard:
I have this problem. Each time I load an icon from the zip file provided in the WD folder after unzipping or from my own personnalized set of icons, the forcasticon.jpg file stops updating. The metar icon updates and uploads just fine with the new icon, but not the station one. It comes back to updating when I reset the default icons and everything works fine with the original set of icons. Is it a well-known problem? Is it a bug from the software?
