Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Well after running this program Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware for about a year the free one I finely took the $25 plunge and bought the full ver so it runs all the time in real time. Got tired of having to remember to update and then run the scanner that is done auto WHoooo. Shoot by the time I was getting to do the work a month had passed or I was just to busy using the computer to bother. The other reason I upgraded is the Weather computer just does the weather stuff and is not used to browse or email and when I ran a scan today program found an infected file TWAIN.DLL after removing that file (required reboot) and doing a search there was still a file call Twain.dll in the same folder and with another scan of that file that was a good file.

I have the free version. I run it about once a week or so. It bogs my computer down awfully bad and makes it run really slow. I also use spybot and superantispyware and sometimes adaware.

Twain.dll is required by some imaging devices. Could it have been a false positive?

That dll is still there the dll it took out was TWAIN.DLL not sure if after it put it in Quarantine and rebooted the computer if it got another copy from the windows install. Anyways I now have one in the Quarantine and another one in the Windows system32 folder. ( the TWAIN.DLL that was Quarantined was also in the Windows system32 folder before it was Quarantined ).

It does slow thing down when it is doing a manual full system scan the full ver that activates the full time ver doesn't look like it is having any impact on the performance of my machine. I've got the full system scan set for early in the morning so it not going to bother me. That was my plan to run thing once a week just didn't seem to get done I've got other thing to do with my time.
