v14p50 THW Index tag doesn't match Color Spectrum Value [CLOSED]

My website's vva165 tag is about 8degF lower than the value displayed in the Color Spectrum in VWS.

47.9F                                                                 56F

There's about a 1min lapse, but that won't cause an 8deg change w/ a 2mph wind avg.

After watching it more closely, it appears that the vva165 tag is reporting the thw avg, instead of the current ''value'' specified in the manual.

From Ed,

Yes, that is expected, it stands for average.

I replied,

Why wouldn't it show the ''value'' vice the ''avg''?
The manual doesn't elude that it's an avg for the tag.  If you're using the tag, you want to show the ''feels like'' value for right now, not the avg from all day.  This is just like using the temperature tag. I want to show the current temp, not the daily avg.
