What?  You expect the Gooberment to get things right/correct/perfect the first time?

It's obvious they used the known AIRPORT lat & long, not the 'unknown' AWOS lat & long.

Have a similar issue down here. AWOS station KVVG is located at the bottom of the pic. At the top of the image is where they say it's at. Contacted them, they acknowledged, and nothing was done.

Guess I fail to see the major issue here.  Just that the location is off by a small amount?  What am I missing?

Gooberment adherence to "Close Enuf" mentality, which typically only gets applied to Horseshoes, Hand grenades and H-bombs.

Speaking as a pilot... It's close enough.

It appears that the listed location is actually the center of the aerodromes, for Wich the identified is KBHB.  in both cases it's possible that the actual location is in the same spot as an old NAVAID, (NDB OR VOR).  Not worth the effort to move the weather station when the NAVAID moved or was taken out of service.  Not saying that's for sure the case, but some possibilities

I see a bunch of pictures, but no words from the OP.  Is there a question here?  Compliant?  Issue?

Based on the replies, I'm gathering OP is asking about location accuracy?  Or maybe something else?

Weather may change over a mile or two, but rarely overly a few hundred yards.  So, unless planes are crashing into it, I don't get the point?

When something is measured to 3 or 4 decimal places (ie: Lat & Long), it's ASSUMED the results reflect the accuracy of those extra decimal places.
