Topic: Web cam not showing up on Wunderground App

I have an AmbientCam weather cam and have been posting to Weather Underground for some time. My site is KORGRANT24 and the cam shows up on the WU website fine. When I view my weather station on the WU android app my weather information is properly displayed. When I scroll down to the webcams region my webcam is listed but no photo from the cam shows and the area is grayed out and if I hit the play button I get the message, "Sorry, this video cannot be played". When I scroll through the other cams in the area about half will show and half do not. Is there a setting for my web cam that will allow it to show on the WU app? Thanks
