Temperature/Humidity Sensor Malfunction
« on: November 17, 2019, 08:17:54 AM »
The Temperature/Humidity sensor on my Davis Vantage Pro2 appears to be malfunctioning. Readings for relative humidity no longer exceed the 72% mark. It used to function perfectly until recently. What could the problem be? If this issue cannot be resolved, does anyone have a link to a replacement sensor which is shipped internationally? I have found it on the Davis site. Unfortunately, it says production has been discontinued. I have had the station for almost eighteen months.

Thanks in advance!

You probably ended up finding the older version that was discontinued. The part number you need is 7346.070.

18 months! Not surprised to hear that exact time frame at all.

Maybe you can order from Prodata Weather Systems. Or there maybe a closer Davis partner near you.
