Has anyone heard from Rainwise recently?

I spoke to Brad on the phone a few months ago.  I sent them a support request via their website 3 weeks ago and no response.

 :shock: Certainly not the preferred response time  :oops: 

There have been a few minor hiccups with some of the sites and procedures over the past year. 

If you happen to know of anyone else who encountered something like this, please have them email Brad@RainWise.com directly.   

I'm think he's an alright guy, but who am I to make that call.
