WU forwarding to PWS, CWOP, Weathercloud,and WOW

I am running a system which I can best describe as two stage.
It has an atlas with an access an then I have a computer system
forwarding the shared WU data to CWOP, PWS, Weathercloud, and WOW. I only omit WOW.
The big disadvantage of this is that the two systems are not connected so if the access
goes down for WU sharing I have to disable the others.
I am currently running Underthewx which is a Mac program and available from the Mac store for free.
I do not know of the windows programs which can do this. In the short term you could
run oracles VirtualBox on windows with a MacOS VM. I will not describe this.
