What weather station for a Boat

Hi
I already bought a Froggit HP1000SE and I tried to install in my boat
After a year, the axis, wind direction and speed, ended up not working, because they rusted ( no surprise at sea)
After I opened up, I say the poor construction it has. I carefully clean the inox axis, and return to live using grease. But as the electronics was so little and wiring very weak , some of the cables brokens, and I couldn't weld back as they cut off from the connector edge...
Anyway.. this station is not intended to be installed close to sea

I want some of you recommend me a model but with the following conditions:
- Must have like the froggit, UV radiation, wifi internet download, wind vane... etc
- Must have 5v dc powered
- And most important, I want to know if these that you can recommend me, are fine when you open up, showing me some photos, because I must open up first, and grease and protect all the exposed metals before install in a pole outside the boat.
- Of course not a marine or profesional grade, I just want to spend between 0- 350 USD

Well the best option should be a station built with 316 inox ( axis, and so )
But like this is very dificult, I want to know if I can open it without broken because is all chineese stuff and you can't even touch. Then If I can open, maybe I can replace the axis for a 316 maden pieces ordered in some place.

Any recommendations? ( I have see ACCUR8 DWS7100, but as I said, I dont know inside if it is ok...)

2 questions, if someone please...
1º This sensor is working even with the boat healing?
2º Can I use the froggit HP1000E display and reprogram it to use this WS80 or other different W.Stations?. I shaw SW is simillar...
