May it never go off in the dead of the night.   I have the midland wmr-300 and it is really a nice device.  I would think that everyone would want a weather radio and I am really surprised that there are not a plethora of them out there, but not many companies are doing that.   Considering all the rotten weather around the country, every home should have one regardless of how close they are to the local siren.

Again, may it never go off, but be there waiting for those times that happen.

Nice radio.

I agree Aardvark, may it never go off.  Also agree everyone should have one, i don't understand why people do not.  I think it is a good investment for one's family and safety.  I actually have two WMR300, one strictly for streaming NOAA radio and the other for the house as it is intended.
