Weewx with Davis Weather Monitor II

Has anyone succeeded in running Weewx with a WMII?
I've installed the Weewx software and Jardi's WMII driver described here:

However this driver is written in Python2 and I'm running 3 so it gives an error.

Does anyone know of a Python3 driver for the WMII?

Did you post this question in the weewx user group ?
weewx-user <weewx-user@googlegroups.com>
(you'll have to join the group).
And you better switch on weewx debug = 1 in weewx.conf and provide the syslog excerpt from weewx start on.
It may just be a little formatting thing to be changed in the driver.
