Title: Recent Download of WD and struggling a bit here....testtags.php

Please help, WD not updating testtags to my website server.  Keep getting ftp failed error messages.  I have tested my ftp access credentials on my webserver and uploaded an image to my remote directory and can view the image in my webserver file manager.  Somewhere, down the line, WD is not updating or ftp the testtags file.  I have followed Mr. Ken True’s instructions faithfully, I believe.  Could someone provide some valuable input into what could be the issue.  Pondering purchasing a Raspberry Pi, to run my weather programs.....I can email communications “csraweather@hotmail.com to send screenshots if necessary....Thank You in advance!!

a reply has been made on the WD forum re this same question (i.e needing more detailed information like the actual FTP error message etc)
