WMR200A display
« on: August 22, 2014, 12:04:40 PM »
Can't find the answer by SEARCH.
My WMR200A seems to be working quite well.  That is the sensors and the connection to the base.
My problem is the base display.  The numbers/letters/icons looked washed out - dull and hazy, as if the batteries are weak.  But the batteries are ~ 1 week old and the unit is powered by AC.  I wrote to OS support who said there is no "brightness" control on the unit and what I see is the way it should be.  I struggle with that.  I can't imagine any company making a device with a dull (hard to read) display.
Is this, in fact, "normal?"  Anyone else have this problem?  Any ideas?
