Wow, Happy Thanksgiving! I filled up today at $2.07. I'd have filled up a jerry can if I had one -ha. I'm headed down to San Antonio for Turkey day and thought it would be good to have some fresh juice.

I was in San Antonio yesterday and on the way down saw $2.00 and they said one place down there was at $1.97, so it was a real "thanksgiving".

Noticed it was surprisingly high at Vegas during summer wedding trip.  It was even little high along interstate Utah and didn't come down until we reached Grand Junction Colorado. Nevada is getting more California like every election with the big influx of residents fleeing the Golden State, get use to it.

Been a very, very long time since I paid over $3, can't even remember when  It hasn't been as long since I paid closer to $1 and there was a point in the last 15 years when I thought it might go under $1 for the first time in many years.

Currently hovering around $2

Lowest gas prices I remember growing up was late 60's, we were living along the Gulf coast near all the refineries in Houston area, gas wars were common.
The lowest I saw was .11 cents a gallon, this was even cheap then and why I still remember. Course minimum wage ($1.40)  and inflation was much lower in 1967 (.11 ) cents is equivalent to about (.80) cents now.

Really.  In Stillwater, today, Thursday evening, saw gas at $1.96 at Murphy's by the east side Wal-Mart.  But that is high compared to Oklahoma City where the lowest is at $1.76.

Being such a gorgeous day I got out the '96 Mark VIII and motored into Burnet/Marble Falls/Kingsland to give the folks some eyecandy - ha. Filled up at Murphy's for $1.95 HoHoHo. I got my inspection/plates yesterday and only drove it 528 miles since last inspection in 2017. The Mark and I are aging gracefully together - ha.

This California family got tired of California, sold their home and moved to Oklahoma on 10 acres of land near the edge of my town.

The people in France are rioting in the streets of Paris over $6.49/gallon fuel after a major tax hike.

$2.16 gallon here.

Yes I've followed the France civil unrest rioting in the streets, these same people who choose socialism and elected a socialist government are now unhappy with skyrocketing prices.  What did they think would happen? How many examples of failure do they need.
