Title: SO2/CO2/Ozone?
Post by: Skywatch on May 17, 2018, 08:33:19 PM
I've noticed recently Wunderground has added air quality to the PWS graphs but also added other things like Sulfur Dioxide, Carbon Dioxide and Ozone and was wondering if there are any "consumer" products that do this? Obviously Purple Air just monitors particulate matter. Ok I am one of those nuts that likes to spend money on weather toys but I'm having such fun with my Purple Air PA-II that I'm now getting curious about these extra items. :D

I have a PurpleAir monitor as well. I believe Adrian (guy behind purple air) mentioned that they are looking into ozone sensors.

Lots of sensors for the raspberry Pi - check on Adafruit

Interesting. I'm having fun with my current PA-II. I'd like to see that Ozone monitor out for a while before I'd buy. I don't have much of a use for SO2 unless I lived near a volcano or industrial plant. CO2 might be interesting as well. I wish Wunderground gave the option to remove graphs that aren't used.
