Not getting email to reset password

Weatherunderground updated their system last June and when I login they tell me I need to reset my password.  I request the email to do this, but it never comes.  It's not in my junk folder.  What should I do?

If you can login, you can go to Member Settings -> Profile. From there you should be able to change your password.

I can't log in.

Oh, okay. In your post you said "when I login they tell me I need to reset my password". So I thought you were able to get to your profile.
