i see meteoalarm.eu is no longer working and i have not seen an update for the meteoalarm scripts to us meteoalarm.org so the advisory link in the menu has been commented out on my  Saratoga templates https://www.hc-iom.co.uk/WD-AJAX/index.php and https://www.hc-iom.co.uk/WD-AJAX1/index.php (alternate dashboard) but check-fetch-times still tries to access the meteoalarm.eu site so takes a long time

I guess that meteoalarm has finally boxed me into a corner.. I'll be reworking the get-meteoalarm-warning.php script for the Saratoga template.   I'd been delaying it as their switch-over to the new site hadn't gone well, and some areas still didn't have alert data (like the UK).

Just to clarify the UK situation, UK data has been included since the launch of the new Meteoalarm. It is a bit misleading as the map shows as a whiteout unless an alert is in force. See the attached screen snippet from this morning where a yellow warning is in force.

Just wondered if there will likely be an updated metoalarm script before winter starts in the UK?

I just use the script from here.  it works....

you can chose between a full bar across the site or just a corner one, and you can also choose what corner/colour to use too.

Hi,
Thanks - I am using this as an interim currently, however I would like to see the Meteoalarm version working again, if at all possible.

Meteoalarm is not reachable today, maybe it went offline?
Had a look at Aerisweather and made a developers account, so because my data is sent to PWS weather their API is for free.
Not sure how to implement the code on my site, Aerisweather has a good interface for selecting your warnings etc.
Works with JSON, guess I have to learn how to use JSON

As willyweather is only for UK users, no go for me...

Have a good weekend
