WeatherLink app for iphone
« on: March 03, 2025, 09:30:51 AM »
Hi all
I have an Davis IP logger and (old) Davis vantage vue console. I use an iMac and review current and historical data on the weather link.com (browser) software.
I cannot get the app on my iPhone to see this data. Will my membership status (Tier pro) only allow review on one device?
Thanks in advance for any advice.
Peter

No it shouldn't make any difference. Are you 100% sure that you are using the correct credentials when logging in to the account on the iOS app?

Presumably the data is showing up fine when you look at weatherlink.com in a browser?

Sorry, but I don't usually have time to help with individual issues by email unless you are a Prodata customer. Please post your issue in the relevant forum section here & I will comment there if I have anything useful to add.

Hi John
Thanks for your response.
Yes, the browser is fine on the iPhone. I can log on to the app with the same username and password, logs in fine, I get to a page..."Let's check the weather", click on this and I get to a weather station about 15 km from me, I can review his data, but I cannot see my data.
I have tried adding my weather station using the plus button in the top LH corner of the home screen but my weather station is not featured in the drop down list.

PS..I brought my system from you many years ago...still going strong....thanks...
PPS May just have solved it, by changing access from private to public , the weather station shows up now...so we are OK.
