Topic: With new update Moon.img Where does it go?

./cache/ has two files (jpsun.png and jpmoon.png that need to be uploaded)
./jpgraph-4.4.2-src-only/ needs to be uploaded with the subdirectory src/*.php
./moonimg/ directory has *.gif files needed .. upload the entire directory with files. 

I have looked around for ./moonimg/ and can not find one on my site - is this new? and more important before I put it somewhere can someone confirm where it goes?

You probably already have a cache directory, the other two directories need to be uploaded.

I have no "./moonimg/" so I would gather that I need to Upload the whole file since there is nothing to overwrite - but where to upload?

The ./moonimg/ directory and the ./jpgraph-4.4.2-src-only/ directory BOTH should be in your document root (same directory as your wx...php pages and ./ajax-images/ etc.)
The FULL directories and all files/subdirectories needto be uploaded.
Additionally, the ./cache/jpsun.png and ./cache/jpmoon.png need uploading.  Then 4 changed files in your document root:
check-fetch-times.php
sunposa-lang.php
sunposa.php
wxastronomy.php

I never had the moonimg before, was I suppose to? Or is that new?

Yes, it is new .. upload the moonimg/*.gif to your site
