Cloud base and dashboard help

Something is wrong with my cloudbase.php and my dashboard no longer shows how long it’s been since I’ve seen rainfall.

bump.. its raining at the house but it's still acting up the cloudbase and days since last rained is missing

Looks OK here. Cloudbase says it's from METAR? KBMG Bloomington is Clear.
