Title: Terminal Forecast Reference Material/Notebooks

I am looking for retired Air Force Terminal Forecast Reference Material/Notebooks and Navy Forecasters Handbooks. Specifically San Diego NAS and Memphis NAS. Anyone know where to find these digitally? I have already looked in the DTIC and NRL without any luck

Don't remember the ID right now, but there is a former USAF tech here that posts some of this kind of thing.
