WU reporting different data
« on: November 08, 2020, 02:52:38 PM »

(hope this is the right thread for this)

More curious than anything else here. My WU data shows a max gust today of 46 mph while the Real Time Data from the WifiLogger reports 50 mph.

Why the difference? Shouldn't they report the same?

Thanks

Even back when WU "worked", they would consistently miss the high and low extremes of the day, especially wind gust. Just one of many reasons I dropped them years ago.

Thanks. I suspected as much. I'll let my Real Time Data be the spokesperson.
