NGITWS has been dropping all WWAs since 1500Z. This is impacting
alerts.weather.gov and api.weather.gov. NCO support continues
investigation into the issue. WEA, iNWS, NWWS-OI are NOT impacted
and alerts are being disseminated normally through those
applications.
This breaks most of the alerting scripts contained in the Saratoga template package until they resolve the issue. If you're not seeing new NWS Alerts pop up on your site, this is why.
