Added a second outdoor temp sensor to WS-2000.

Added a sensor on the front porch, faces north, and is in deep shade. So far matching the station sensor.

So, did you add a WH32E or a WH31E sensor? I also added an additional outdoor temp/humidity sensor so I could test whether I was getting radiant heat spikes on my WS-2000 main array. The WH32E sensors weren't available from Ambient so I installed a WH31E inside a radiation shield in a shaded area. So far it is working well and in most weather conditions it does pretty well match the readings from my main array within a degree on temperature and 1 or 2 percent on humidity. Ambientweather.net considers the WH31E as an additional indoor sensor even when you install it outdoors. I labeled it as "Outdoor Shade" on my dashboard to distinguish it from my other WH31E's that actually are in indoor locations.

Please, do not take this the wrong way, are you asking a question, or want to expand on something you have discovered?

Maybe I missed the point of your post, wouldn't be the first time, I am a knuckle dragger

Your post makes you sound very elitist, having a bad day or something ?

That's just his (@Rover1822) personal style  ;) - nothing to be taken personal by the reader(s)  8-).
We just all have different ways of expressing ourselves.
Maybe, if the subject of the thread had been "checking the temperature readings of my WS-2000 array" or similar, the question wouldn't have been asked ...

I didn't mean to come off the wrong way, I have removed my post :)

MahFL, I didn't realize you were the one posting issues with temperature readings in the other topic. Sometimes it is hard to remember who posted what with the number of posters we have in here. Now that I have gone back, your post makes sense.

Implied and received can get crossed. Clarity in posting is helpful. Rover is one of the more helpful members here on the boards.  Sure he implied no harm.
