Does anyone know of where I can buy Lacrosse WS-2310-15 wind sensors? They were availabe from several sources previously but now they are nowhere to be found.
I would even take used units if they were fully functional, of course.

Try the GreatBigOutlet on Ebay. They used to have them and I think they have a few left..
They're the outlet for all things LaCrosse.

Thanks, Ken
I have pruchased them from GreatBigOutlet before (both eBay and Amazon) but they now longer have them. I know these are really old, but we have a custom designed weather station that is built around them.
-
I had a couple of them, no longer working though. They don't last much more than a couple of years for me. But then, I live in the Sonoran Desert in Arizona, and the heat - and dust - runs them down pretty quick.
* its hot, right now its 43.4C, 110.2F and climbing..
I marked this thread, if I find any available I'll let you know.

I'm in south Florida so have the same situtation. 2 years is a long time for my units.

As chance would have it, I was in the Great Big Outlet the other day and picked up the "last anemometer in existence" for the 2310. I would prefer to sell it complete with the 2310 console and thermo-hygrometer. Make me an offer?
-
Is this the WS-2310-15? As I have explained, I need this anemomenter unit to use with a custom designed weather station so have no use for any of the other parts (console, etc.). I would be willing to pay $50 for the WS-2310-15 anemometer alone.

I am finding a TX20 has the same interface/protocol so I could use them as well. Anyone know where I can get some TX20s?
-
Actually, what I picked up from GBO was a TX20U. I actually have another as well but it needs new cups. They are interchangeable with the 15 and I find it to be more accurate.
-
I see replacement cups are available. Would you sell me the two TX20's you have and at what price?
Thanks!!
