Title: How to fix low UV on AcuRite Atlas

I found the thread where a guy tried couple different ideas to try to fix the uv diffuser. I’ve read the article but I couldn’t see how to fix the UV diffuser. I’m hoping someone created a thread on step instructions to fix the UV diffuser for the Atlus AcuRite to get close to “normal” readings our daytime high was 32C other stations in the area had a uv reading of 9. Mine was 4. Any help or ides how to tear apart the UV diffuser would be great help.

How far is your unit out of warranty? If it's just outside the warranty window then I'd contact AcuRite and politely but firmly mention that it's a known issue that you would appreciate their assistance with.
