Title: RPi 4B MeteoPI and Davis Vantage Pro 2 Not Passing Data

Greetings,

I have search this forum unsuccessfully to find a solution to my issue. If I missed a post, please provide link.

I upgraded to a RPi 4B, using Twister OS. I am also using WeeWx. My weather station is a Davis Vantage Pro2. The MeteoPi is the data logger. I boot the RPi via USB

I am not seeing the ttyUSB0 serial connecting. I have enabled the UART.

I thought the weewx.conf file is correct, but I may have missed something.

Any information links or ideas are appreciated.

Did you set Serial like on screen shot?

Hi.

Similar issue.

I'd been using WeeWX with Davis logger.

I bought my WFL and Meteo-Pi together.

WFL has been working perfectly.  [tup]

I replaced it with My M-P, set the interfaces per Wojtek's screenshot, but am not seeing any output from M-P.

I'm hoping to resume using WeeWX, but need some guidance re output ports/methods, etc, please.

Which serial port have you tried? ttyS0 or ttyS1? Or both?

I was struggling to get this sorted.

I ran wee_config --reconfigure and chose ttyS0

Then I pasted previous station data into the clean 4.5.1 weewx.conf

Problem solved!

Two days of pain fixed
