Have fun climbing up there to clean the debris from the rain gauge......it WILL happen.....

Perfectly level. Leveled when  the silver pole was in a lowered position. It will slide up/down by loosing the brackets on 1 side. Then I extend the pole to height, re-tighten the brackets and checked level with a mechanics mirror. Bingo still level. [tup] Using the brackets enabled me to have some much needed adjustment room.

Yeah, I'm sure it will be fun climbing up  on the roof  :roll:

Before winter I plan on taking it down and moving to lower location. This past winter with the snow build up  hindered the signal  #-o and at times lost it for hours. Need to keep the ice and white stuff off this bird if I can.

Yep, lots off mature trees to work around. Went for the best area I could to place it. Guess the nearest tree is about 35 feet away.
